Who we are?
We are Niños de Caballos, an equestrian stunt team from Stáj Trojan. Our main speciality is dzhigitovka, also known as trick riding — a demanding equestrian discipline rooted in the training of cavalry in Russia. Riders perform acrobatic manoeuvres and tricks on galloping horses using specially adapted saddles. Dzhigitovka requires exceptional courage, precision, physical fitness, and perfect coordination between rider and horse.
In addition to dzhigitovka, our main disciplines include the Hungarian Post, liberty horse training, and side-saddle riding. The diversity of our skills allows us to offer captivating performances that combine historical traditions, equestrian mastery, and thrilling stunt action.
Our team was formed through the merger of two experienced groups: Stáj Trojan, led by Vanda Trojanová, and the Caballos stunt team, formerly led by Petr Vlasák. By bringing together their experience, skills, and shared passion for horses, we created a team that builds on established traditions while exploring new possibilities in the art of horsemanship.
Our team consists of experienced riders and stunt performers, each bringing their own specialisation, experience, and unique abilities. Together, we develop demanding equestrian and acrobatic routines, as well as stunt scenes involving horses, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, precision, and mutual trust.
Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences for audiences through original performances that combine the beauty of horses, the courage of our riders, and the unique atmosphere of a live show. We see every event as an opportunity to showcase the full diversity of our skills and create a spectacular experience that leaves a lasting impression on every spectator.

My life with horses began the moment I was born. Vanda Trojanová is not only the head of our stable, but also my mum, so my path was clear from the very beginning. By her side, I started riding at a very young age, taking part in film productions and performing in shows.Everyone thinks growing up around horses must be perfect, but in reality, it involves a lot of hard work and living up to the expectations everyone has of you. However, I only began focusing seriously on dzhigitovka later, after I met Břéťa.Most of the time, I focus on training young horses and dressage, which also forms the foundation of our show performances, although I occasionally enjoy jumping as well. The horses we use in our shows have incredible potential and a real desire to demonstrate what they are truly capable of.I don't have one specific goal set in stone, but I know I want to keep progressing in the world of equestrian shows. And who knows — perhaps one day I'll even compete at international dressage events.

My journey with horses began at birth, as my dad used to run the Caballos stunt team, which was the very first to introduce dzhigitovka to the Czech Republic. He gradually started taking me along to performances, introducing me to the world of equestrian shows and slowly training me so that one day, my brother and I could follow in his footsteps.Horses have become the meaning of my life. They are fascinating creatures that can be both captivating and wary at the same time. Building a strong, balanced relationship with them is essential when working together.I didn't start practising dzhigitovka until I was around seven years old, beginning with simple tricks. I quickly fell in love with the discipline and worked hard to master even the most challenging manoeuvres, such as sliding underneath a horse. My goal is to take our team to stages across Europe while continuing to develop my knowledge and skills in working with horses.

I was introduced to horses as a young boy, having grown up around them because my dad used to be a stunt performer and dzhigitovka rider. We had plenty of horses at home and, as the saying goes, "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree." However, unlike my brother Břéťa, I wasn't particularly drawn to it at first. It wasn't until I helped out at a few performances that I thought I might give it a try myself. What I enjoy most about dzhigitovka is the adrenaline rush and the endless possibilities for creating new combinations of tricks. I love performing dangerous manoeuvres that not everyone is capable of.My greatest achievements lie in a different field, as my real strength is in martial arts rather than horses. I think our biggest goal, shared by the whole team, is to bring our skills to as many people as possible and to keep pushing ourselves forward.

For those of you who don't know me yet, I'm the crazy one who sometimes seems to lack a sense of self-preservation and is always up for a bit of fun! Thanks to my mum, I got into horses when I was nine years old. So, if my maths is right, I've been riding for about nine years now.As for trick riding, Břéťa and Nikča were the ones who introduced me to it a few years ago. They showed me the world of equestrian shows, and I fell head over heels for it without a second thought! What drives me to keep pushing my limits is the adrenaline rush that grows with every training session and every show. But I wouldn't have made the progress I have without the support of the whole team.Together, we've managed to build an amazing group full of people who aren't afraid to throw themselves into anything headfirst, who support one another and complement each other perfectly. When it comes down to it, what I love most about everything we do is the feeling that we're all having fun doing it. And it's not just us — the people we perform for enjoy it, too. You enjoy it! And that's what makes it all so special to me!

I've been around horses for practically as long as I can remember. It all started when I was five years old and living in Paris. We found a nearby stable, and that's where this whole chapter of my life began. After moving to Prague, my passion for horses never faded, and I joined the stable where I still ride today. But something was still missing. I was searching for something that would truly fulfil me — something exciting, action-packed, and fun. While searching for that passion, I discovered trick riding and eventually found my way to this amazing team.I'm constantly amazed by the new possibilities we continue to discover when working with horses. Training can sometimes be challenging, but seeing the progress we make pushes me to set new goals and keep moving forward. Both our training sessions and the performances themselves bring me a great sense of fulfilment.I wouldn't say I have one specific goal in mind. The only thing I know for sure is that I want to keep moving forward, improving my skills, and discovering new possibilities together with our horses.

I've been involved with horses for around ten years. I got into riding completely by chance, thanks to my mum, when I was six years old.For a long time, I was part of a riding club, where Niky and Břéťa offered us trick-riding training sessions. I've now been practising trick riding for just under three years. I'm always up for a bit of fun and an adrenaline rush, so I didn't hesitate for a second and decided to give it a go!What I love most about performing in shows is the incredible feeling of seeing an enthusiastic audience enjoying what we've created together. Some of my greatest achievements include taking part in shows abroad, which have been truly unforgettable experiences for me.I don't have one specific event as my ultimate goal. Instead, I want to keep improving my skills and perform at shows all around the world.

Working with film and show horses was something I knew absolutely nothing about until adulthood, even though I had been riding horses since my early school years. I started out at a riding club, where, after many years of hard work and dedication, I eventually became an instructor for beginner riders. When I first saw a performance by Niños de Caballos, I would never have imagined that one day I would become part of something so incredible. Until then, I had no idea what humans and horses could achieve together.I have been training and performing with the team since 2022, and I am still amazed by what we can accomplish. To me, Niños are more than just colleagues — they are also a close-knit group of very good friends. My goal is to keep learning new things and mastering tricks that, so far, are performed almost exclusively by men in the world of trick riding.
